The beautifully designed “Rancho”, which houses the bar and restaurant is the heart of El Sitio. The structure is spacious and airy, offering a delightful place to eat, drink or relax. The restaurant and bar are open 365 days of the year from early morning till late in the evening.
The restaurant serves freshly prepared dishes of high quality. The menu changes daily according to what is fresh and what is in season. It offers both Panamanian and international dishes and always includes a good selection of locally caught fish and seafood.
